photorealistic rendering

I need to have photorealistic rendering on parts created with Keycreator 4.5 but I didn't succeed. When I used Cadkey 19 (or 99) I used photoreal and although it not always ra, it gave me a good result. Which program do I have to use in conjunction with KC 4.5?
