The product features: high alumina bricks for steel making is made from special grade of bauxite as main raw material, added with little amount of white fused alumina and a alumina powder, shaped by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The main mineral constituent includes mullite and corundum, with excellent high temperature physical performance and chemical erosion resistance.
The shape and size of the nozzle bricks are closely matched with the combustion device.
The fuel nozzles and gas burners that have been shaped generally have matching nozzle bricks. When designing a new nozzle brick, first of all, it should be noted that the size and shape should be suitable for the flow of the mixed gas or the atomization angle of the fuel injection. If the opening angle of the nozzle brick is too small, it will be damaged by excessive scouring of the air flow. For fuel nozzles, oil mist will also be sprayed on the nozzles, causing carbon deposits to narrow or even block the passages: excessive opening angle will make ignition difficult, and it is easy to cause unstable combustion.
In order to facilitate production, construction and replacement, the quality of each nozzle brick should not be too large, and the nozzle bricks that are too large can be divided into 2 or 4 pieces.
