【Product Features】
(1) fire resistance.The refractory of high aluminum brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750-1790 degrees, which belongs to senior refractory materials.
(2) load softening temperature.Because high aluminum products in Al?O? high, less mixed quality, forming less fusible vitreous, so the load softening temperature is higher than the clay brick, high aluminum load softening temperature is generally above 1420-1550 degrees.But because mullite crystals do not form a network, so the softening temperature under load is not as high as the silicon brick.
(3) slag resistance.High aluminum brick in Al?O? more, close to neutral refractories, can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SIO ?, so the ability to resist alkaline slag than the ability to resist acid slag.
(4) chemical corrosion resistance.High aluminum refractory products resistance to acid or alkaline slag, metal liquid erosion and oxidation, reduction reaction is very good, and with the increase of the content of Al?O?, the reduction of harmful impurities.
