High aluminum insulation brick with alumina content of more than 48% and mainly composed of mullite, glass phase or corundum.The volume density is 0.4 ~ 1.35g/cm3.The porosity is 66% ~ 73%, and the compressive strength is 1 ~ 8MPa.
Has good thermal shock resistance.Usually high bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay, after grinding fine with gas generation method or foam method in the form of mud pouring, forming, by 1300 ~ 1500℃ burning.Industrial alumina is sometimes used to replace part of the bauxite
clinker.

High alumina poly light heat insulation brick has the characteristics of small volume density, low thermal conductivity, excellent heat insulation performance and stable quality.Can be used for all kinds of high temperature furnace lining or heat insulation layer.
High aluminum insulation brick is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics and chemical industry kiln lining (not eroded by solution) and insulation layer, it is an ideal energy saving product.Its operating temperature is below 1350°C.
