It mainly uses FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics) sheet as surface, and hard polyurethane foam, XPS foam, waterproof plywood and plastic honeycomb panels as core and bonded together under special process. The advantages of the panels are: light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, easy to repair, glossy appearance and excellent thermal insulation, as well as long life using. MTC not only has the capacity in manufacturing composite panels by using full size aluminum and stainless steel sheet as surface sheets, but also can produce colorful composite panels to customers' requirement. The international patent technology of modulus sections is adopted to the assembly with the advantages of high structural strength, good sealing performance and convenient.
MTC can make refrigerated and insulated composite panels as well as dry freight composite panels up to 16.5m in length and 3m in width.
